Weigh in day...

So this morning was weigh and measure day. I wasnt sure what to expect but I was certainly pleasantly surprised about the amount I have subtracted from around the place!

Weight: -4kg
  • Waist: -7cm
  • hips: -8cm
  • legs: -1.5cm from each thigh
I am sticking with this plan, if I can do that in a week, what will it be in a month! :)

  2. Its freakin awesome, I thought the shakes were going to be gross! But they arent! I thought it was going to be hard to give up the yummy foods I love, but its not so bad!
    Most of all I thought that B would be against having salads all the time, but even he is enjoying them...
    Also breakfast and lunch are done for me EVERYDAY! So quick and easy and even when Im out (like tuesday) I dont have to be tempted at the shops, cause Pricline sell poppers of shakes too.
