Long time no blog....

So sorry, but I will blame my phone plan!!! I will! Free social networking means I don't have to get onto the one working computer except to blog, and I'm sorry bloggy-readers, I forgot I even had one for a while!

Anyway to update on all things me/us, there isn't a whole lot to report. My babies are growing up, Piper had her first visit to the movies yesterday, apparently she didnt say one word the whole time she was watching... A-maz-ing. No words from the most talkative and inquisitive little princess on the planet? I think I may have warped to another universe for a bit.
She loved the whole experience, and so did my lil sister, the one who took her as an excuse to watch toy story 3 without looking "like a kid" to her 14-15yr old friends, not to mention she also had her first FULL day away from home, with Grandma. 9:30am-5:30pm when dad stopped in to pick her up on his way home from work... Dad has quipped about her growing up, and has been rather protective, I think its just hit him that she starts prep next year.

And little Soren had his first at home day with mummy on the day Piper went to grandmas. We went out for lunch, and on his favourite thing, the bus. He also had his first blood nose on the same day Piper went to the movies, I think it was due to picking his nose, thankfully he has the right way of handling the booger "mummy, need tissue, got boogaa".

They have been playing well together, and have started to enjoy each others presence alot more, which means more peace. As I type they are playing the wii together. I really do have great kids! Of course they still get selfish at times, and grumpy, and uninterested in each others company, and sometimes they even cry and push and yell at one another, but for the most part, they smile and play and learn. AND they have learned the all important answer to 'time to pack up kids': Ooohkaaaay mummy.

On the me front, some exciting times are headed my way! ARGH cant wait to share these new things, these new plans. Will share them soon, watch this space!
